I HATE WALKING!

I've been able to use the Godsway for so long, I've just been able to warp to wherever I have to go, but now that I'm traveling with a human, I can't use it. Not without killing her.

So, we've been travelling on foot, and I'm pretty sure we're not far from Ren anymore. I can feel it. We're close. I'll have my chance to destroy him soon enough.

Information

The Vessel version of me (I'm gonna call him Red Daniel) found me the other day when I was searching for information on the Vocaloids.

"Having fun?" he asked me.
"Not really," I said. "What do you know about Vocallas?"
"A few things," he said. "I was actually on my way to go destroy my universe's version of her when I got pulled into that freaking tournament."
"She can be destroyed?" I asked hopefully?
He shrugged. "I don't know," he said.
"You don't know?"  asked. "And yet you were on your way to do so?"
"I was gonna try pouring wine all over their computers, see if that worked," he said.
"That sounds kind of stupid," I told him.
"It was worth a shot," he said. "What I wasn't expecting was that she has her hands on some really dangerous weapons. Well, the humans who serve under her do, because technically she doesn't have hands, but you get what I mean, right?"
"Sure," I said. "Do you know where she is?"
"I have a vague idea," he said. "They move their base every couple months, so it's not where it was in my universe. They can't have moved too far, though."
"Were's the last place they were?" I asked. "They might have left some clues there or something."
"I was just about to get to that," he said, handing me a note. "That's the previous address. If you want too, check it out, but you won't find much."
Then he left.

I'm gonna speak to Kallaway, and arrange a visit to this place.

I found her. She had already left Dallas, but after asking around, I learned she had moved on to Pittsburg, Texas. So that's where I went. Her target was a high schooler named Frank Pelor. Not exactly a nicer guy, but he didn't deserve to die. At least, not in my opinion. In her's, however, he did.

She had him cornered behind a Brookshires when I arrived. I warped between them and disarmed her quickly.

Had that Mercygiver for a while now, and you still can't use it,” I commented. “You should practice more, Diana.”
“Who are you!” She demanded. “And what's a Mercygiver?”
I held my sword up. “Mercygivers are weapons of darkness,” I explained. “They can have varying effects on their wielder  Yours not only robs you of emotion, but also causes you to view all emotions as stupid. Mine is similar, but it doesn't effect me the same way it would someone else.”
“I see,” she said, retrieving her sword. “You still haven't told me who you are.”
“I am Daniel Ferris,” I said. “I'm here to ask for your assistance. But first, you need to let this guy go.”
“No,” she said.

She darted past me and attempted to kill him, but I had her pinned against the wall in moments. Frank took the chance to run away.

“Why are you standing in my way!?” she demanded.
“Because you're a homicidal bitch,” I told her. “If it weren't for the fact I need your help, I'd kill you right now.”
“You really shouldn't,” said another voice. Marshall had appeared behind me.
“Good you're here,” I said.
“Who the hell are you!” she said, clearly thrown off by his appearance.
“I'm a magic dead guy,” he replied. “Now, the you have to help my friend here find something.”
“And why would I do that?” she asked. I lifted my blade to her throat.
“If you don't, I'll kill you and take your Mercygiver,” I said.
She seemed to consider that for a moment, then agreed.
“So where's the next piece?” I asked.
“I'm afraid it's in his hands,” Marshall said. “The Thorned Prince has it.”

Huh...

Well, there's three posts on my blog I didn't write. The Flower Fields, A Homicidal Bitch, and The Star Spawn. And the weird thing is, I can't read them. Whenever I click one, it tells me that the page couldn't load.

Anyway, Kallaway and I are still trying to find out about Vocallas, but we've had no luck. But I think someone's looking for us.

I've been getting these weird feelings lately. There's this energy in the air, that I don't recognize. It's eldritch, but it's different than the Fears.

And to make things weirder, I saw a guy the other day who seemed to be emitting that energy.

But it gets weirder. The guy was carrying an ax. One I've seen before. It looks just like the Axe Of Despair Yu-Gi-Oh card.

I think I'm about to find out what Jack meant by "A reason to use it" pretty soon.

The Star Spawn

The problem with finding this girl is that I have very few leads on her location in this time period. I did find a newspaper clipping that hinted at her activity in a small town in New Mexico. Didn't find her, but I did find a group of Timberwolves. A bunch of bikers were standing around outside this bar with twin triangles stitched into their jackets.

I sat watching them for a while. They kept picking fights with every one who walked out of the bar. Bullies. The girls serial. My chances were slim, but it was more likely they had seen her than anyone else.

So, taking the most logical course of action I could think of, I teleported into the middle of the group and said "So I'm looking for this girl."

I had... I don't know... seven guns pointed at my face.

I warped behind them all and gripped the hilt of my rapier.

"Blade of darkness," I whispered. "Give mercy to the wicked."

They were all lying on the ground, incapacitated, moments later. I approached who I assumed was the leader and stood over him with the tip of my sword to his throat.

"As I was saying," I said. "I'm looking for this girl. 'Bout sixteen, not very attractive, carries a jeweled sword, and has a grudge against anyone who bullies other people."
"Sounds sorta familiar," he said. "I ran into a chick kinda like that in El Paso a month ago. She may still be there."
"You're lying," I said. "Tell me where you really saw her."
"I-" he started to say, but he stopped. He looked... absolutely terrified.

He tried reaching into his jacket, but I skewered his wrist before he could. I used the Vision's eyes to look inside his jacket and see what he was reaching for. It was a folded up piece of paper. I was expecting another gun. I reached into his jacket and took it. I opened it up and read what was on it. It was written in a different language, with a lot of weird letter clusters and apostrophes. I had seen this language before.

"Do you think you can give me that?" a voice behind me asked. "I kind of need it."

I turned to look at the person. If you can call him a person.

I saw a dark silhouette of a man, wrapped in an aura of pure chaos. A truly terrifying sight.

I realized that I still had the Vision's eyes active, so I switched back to my normal ones. I no longer saw the hideous monster from before. Now it was just a normal looking kid. But it was obviously enough to scare the crap out of the Timberwolves.

"Look," he said. "I'm in a hurry, so why don't we make a deal?"
"No," I replied.
"I need the information on that page," he said. "And I'm willing to make a trade for it. You're looking for someone, right? I may be able to help."
"You're the last person I want help from Gordon!" I snapped at him. "I turned back to the Timberwolf. "Where is she?"
"Dallas," he whispered. The truth this time. "I don't know if she's still there though."
"Fine," I said. I pulled my sword out of his arm and started walking away.
"You sure you don't want help?" Gordon asked.
"Positive," I replied.
"You realize I'll eventually have to kill you over that piece of paper, right?" he asked.
"I'd like to see you try!" I called back to him before vanishing.

So, I'm going to Dallas. Fun times ahead...

A Homicidal Bitch

Marshall stopped by today. I've never gotten used to the sight of him.

“I know where the next piece is,” he said, staring at me with that weird glowing eye oif his.
“Where?” I asked.
“I can tell you,” he said. “But first, you need to recruit some help.”
“Anyone specific?” I asked.
“16 year old serial killer who hates bullies,” he said.
“Oh god,” I said. “Her? Also, can't you alter your appearance some? That eye is freaking me out.”
“Which one, the one that's glowing or the one that's missing?” he asked.
“Both,” I replied.

He faded away, but I could still hear his voice.

“I'll come back and tell you where it is once you've spoken to her,” he said.

Great. Of all the partners he could ask me to recruit, it just had to be her.

What a drag.

The Catch

I found Jack earlier. He was standing in an alleyway. I approached him.

"What the hell was up with that box?" I demanded.
"That power is my gift to you," he said.
"What's the catch?" I asked.
"What do you mean?" he asked.
"I've researched you," I said. "The wish granter, Jack Of All. You never do anything for anyone without some kind of twist."
"I honestly don't know what you're talking about," he said, mockingly.
I grabbed him by his shirt collar and pinned him to the wall.
"What's the catch!?" I demanded.
"Okay, I'll tell you," he said. "You see, in addition to giving you that power, I've given you a little something else."
"And what would that be?" I asked.
He leaned in close and whispered in my ear.
"A reason to use it," he said.

Then he vanished, without a trace.

My life has so many weird plot twists

I think my existance is directed by M. Night Shamalan. Made it to the concert. It was pretty good. They had tons of Vocaloids perdorming. Miku, Luka, Rin, Len, a bunch of others I didn't recognize. It was my first time seeing a hologram up close.

I ended up meeting David Kallaway there. Third place winner of the Game Master's last tournament.

Anyway, after the last song, the hologram of Mku started speaking to the audience. Reika translated for me in the back of my head.

“Thank you all for coming. Our next show will be in a couple months, but for now, you can all go home.”

Then she said something in English.

“I would like Daniel Ferris and David Kallaway to stay for a while.”

Me and David glanced at eac other. Something was about to happen. That much was obvious.

“You are all free to go,” Miku said to the people operating the instruments. “I wish to speak to them alone.”

They all left.

“So what, a hologram wants to talk to us?” I asked.
“That's no hologram,” David said. “It's alive.”
“What do you mean?” I asked.
“Why don't we let her tell us herself?” he said, glaring at Miku. “Tell us what you really are!”

Miku transformed into a new body, one I have never seen before. She was wearing a black leather jacket, had long purple hair tied into three braids, had a spiked collar around her neck, and was wearing purple eye liner with her violet eyes.

“I am Vocallas,” she said. “The being born of thought.”
“Just as I suspected,” David said. “A Thoughtborn.”
“One of the Manufactured Newborn's servants?” I asked.
“Yeah,” he replied.

We heard movement around us. I turned ad saw a bunch of people coming out of the shadows and surrounding us. They each had chunks of metal and ology embedded in their skin, and they looked almost like zombies.

“Shit,” David said. “Towerborn.”

They attacked us. We managed to bring most of them down, but a few of them escaped.

“Go after them!” I said to David. “I'll handle Vocallas!”
“Alright,” he said, leaving.
“Do you really think you have a chance against us?” said a new voice.

Someone else had shown up. Was a tall man with a cloth wrapped around most of his face, concealing his features. Only his eyes were visible.

“Who're you?” I asked.
“I am Vocallas's servant,” he said. “My name is Haisuke, and it is my duty to eliminate my master's adversaries.”

I started running to him, to fight, but one of the Towerborn that I though were unconscious stood up and tackled me. I was pinned to the ground. Haisuke started approaching me, drawing a knife from his belt. I tried using the Godsway, but I couldn't. Something was wrong.

Without the Godsway, I only had one other option. I wrestled my left arm free and reached into my vest pocket for the box Jack gave me. I didn't want to use it, but I was out of options. I the box open.

The entire place was filled with lightning. Haisuke was tthrown backwards and the Towerborn on top of me got thrown off. The lightning was absorbed into my left arm, and a device appeared on my wrist. Not just any device, either. It was a duel disk. From the Yu-Gi-Oh tv series.

“What the fuck?” I said out loud.
“Interesting,” Vocallas said. “Haisuke, you know what to do. Put on a show for me.”
“Yes, Master,” he said, retrieving his own duel disk from beneath the stage. “Let us duel.”

Something you should know about me; I almost always carry around a deck of Yu-Gi-Oh cards with me. No real reason, I just like having them. And I guess it's a good thing I do, because you never know when you're gonna magically acquire a duel disk and get challenged my a weird guy working for an evil data being who controls the Vocaloids.

The deck I had with me was my favorite deck. It is admittedly very flawed, but it was my first deck and will always be my favorite. It's gone through a lot of changes over the years. New cards have been added, some old ones have been removed, blah blah blah.

“I'll take the first move,” I said. “I set a monster in face down defense position and end my turn.”

“My move,” Haisuke said. Summon Gagaga Girl from my hand.
Gagaga Girl is a level 3 dark spellcaster type monster with 1000 attack.
“I'll have my Gagaga Girl attack your face down monster,” he said.
“My face down card is Dharc, The Dark CharmerI said. “Her defense is 1500.
When a monster attacks a defense position monster who's defense is higher than the attacking monster's attack power, neither monster is destroyed, and the attacking player takes damage equal to the difference in power, which in this case was 500. His life points were reduced to 7500.
He suddenly collapsed in pain, clutching his arm where his duel disk was.
“What's going on?” I asked.
“That duel disk is a part of the Newborn,” Vocallas said. “Whenever he looses life points, it bonds with him. Should he lose, the device will transform him into a Towerborn.”
“What!?” I shouted.
“Becoming on with the Newborn woulbe a fitting punishment for my failure,” he said. “Now, let us continue.”
“I activate Dharc's flip effect,” I said. “Now, I gain control of any dark monster my opponent controls for as long as she remains in play.”
Gagaga Girl switched over to my side of the field.
“I set a card face down and end my turn,” he said.

“I draw,” I said. “I activate the effect of Familiar-Possessed Dharc from my deck! By tributing Dharc The Dark Charmer and Gagaga Girl, can special summon Familiar-Possessed Dharc from my deck, then add a level 3 or 4 light spellcaster from my deck to my hand!”
Familiar-ossessed Dharc appeared on my side of the field. She's a dark spellcaster with 1850 attack and 1500 defense.
“Using her effect, I add Neo The Magic Swordsman to my hand!”I said. “Then I summon him to the field!”
Neo is a level 4 light spellcaster with 1700 attack and 1000 defense.
“I attack directly with both of my monsters!” I said. He took a total of 3550 points of damage, bringing him down to 3950 life points.
Once again, he collapsed in pain. I could see something moving beneath his skin.
“I build the overlay network with my two level for monsters to xyz suumon Number 39: Utopia!” I said.
To xyz summon a monster, you need multiple monsters with the same level. The monsters used in the xyz summon become attached to the xyz monster as overlay units, and ca be used to activate their effects.
Utopia is a rank 4 xyz monster (requiring 2 level 4 monsters to summon), with 2500 attack and 2000 defense.
“I set a card face down and end my turn,” I said.

“My turn,” he said. “I activate the spell card Gagagarevenge! Now, I can bring back Gagaga Girl from my graveyard and equip her with this card. Then, I normal summon Gagaga Magician!”
Gagaga Magician is a level 4 dark spellcaster with 1500 attack and 1000 defense.
“I use Gagaga Magician's effect,” he said. “I select a number between 1 and 8, and that number becomes his level until the end of the turn. I choose 7.”
Now his Gagaga Magician was a level 7.
“Next, I use Gagaga Girl's effect,” he said. “I choose a Gagaga Magiician I control, and her level becomes the same as his. Now both my monsters are level 7, so I can build the overlay network with them! I xyz summon Chaos Droid Double Chainsaw!”
The new monster he summoned was a giant robot with chainsaws for arms. It was a rank 7 monster with 2700 attack and 2300 defense.
“I activate the effect of Gagagarevenge!” he said. “When the monster summoned with it is used in an xyz summon, I can have every xyz monster I control gain 300 attack. Also, since Gagaga Girl was used in an xyz summon with another Gagaga monsters, I can reduce Utopia's attack power to zero!”
Great. His monster was brought up to 3000 attack, while mine was at 0.
“I also activate the trap card Xyz Chaos Armor!” he said. “After activation, this card becomes equipped to an xyz monster I control, and as long as it's in play, I can negate the effects of every other xyz monster in play!”
Not good. Normally, could use Utopia's effect to negate effects. However, with his effect negated, I could no longer do that.
“I use Double Chainsaw's effect,” he said. “By using one of its overlay units, it gains 500 attack for every card in my hand until the end phase. I have 3 cards in my hand, so it gains 1500 attack. Now, attack his Utopia!”
Utopia was destroyed and I took 4500 points of damage.
“I set a card face down and end my turn,” he said.
“Hold on,” I said. “Before you end it, I activate the trap card Birthright! Now, I can vring back Neo The Magic Swordsman in attack mode!”
“Okay,” he said. “Now I end my turn.”

“I draw,” I said. “I activate Dark Magic Curtain! Now, by paying half of my life points, I can special summon Dark Magician from my deck!”
Dark Magician is my ace card. Always has been, ever since I started playing this game. He's a level 7 dark spellcaster with 2500 attack and 2100 defense.
“I equip Dark Magician with the equip spell card Malevolent Nuzzler, which increases his attack power by 700!”
Dark Magician rose to 3200. Just strong enough.
“I have Dark Magician attack Double Chainsaw!” I said.
His monster was destroyed, and he took 200 damage.
“Now, I attack directly with Neo!” I said.
He was reduced to 2050. He collapsed again, and barely managed to stand back up.
“I set a monster in face down defense position, then I set another card face down and end my turn.”

“I draw,” he said. “I activate the spell card monster reborn to bring back Chaos Droid Double Chainsaw!”
Double Chainsaw returned. If an xyz monster is summoned through means other than xyz summoning, it won't have any overlay units.
“I activate my face down card Overlay Regen,” he said. “After activation, I can attach this card to an xyz monster I control as an overlay unit, so I'll attach it to Double Chainsaw. Then, by using that overlay unit, he gains 500 attack for each card in my hand. I currantly have 2 cards, so he gains 1000 attack! Now, attack Neo The Magic Swordsman and end this!”
“I use the trap card Staunch Defender!” I said. “Now, Dark Magician will take the attack instead!”
Dark Magician was destroyed and I lost 500 life points.
“I activate the spell card Card Destruction,” he said. “Both players discard their hands and draw the same number of cards as they discarded.”
We both discarded and re-drew.
“I set a card face down and end my turn,” he said.

“My move,” I said, drawing. I paused when I saw the card I had drawn. It hadn't been in my deck before. As a matter of fact, I don't think it's ever been in any deck.
It was the Archangel. I had drawn the fucking Archangel.
I read it's effect. I could turn things around with him.
“I flip summon Double Coston!” I said.
Double Coston is a level 4 dark zombie type monster with 1700 attack and 1650 defense.
“I tribute Double Coston to tribute summon Archangel, Lord Of The Fallen!” I said.
Monsters that are level 5 or 6 require you to tribute a monster before summoning them, and level 7 and above require 2 tributes. Archangel is level 8, so normally it would require 2 tributes. However, Double Coston counts as 2 tributes when I tribute a dark monster, so it was all I needed.
The Archangel is a dark fairy type monster with 2500 attack and 2000 defense.
“I use his effect!” I said. “Now I can equip him with a monster in my graveyard, and I choose the Power Supplier that was send to the graveyard when you used Card Destruction. Now the Archangel gains the equipped monster's effect. I'll use it to increase the Archangel's attack power by 400. Now, attack!”
The Archangel destroyed his Chaos Droid, and he lost 200 life points.
“I activate the trap card Death Machine's Last Resort,” he said. “When a Chaos Droid monster I control is destroyed, I can reduce the attack of any monster in play by half, and I choose your swordsman.”
“Now, I attack directly with Neo!” I said.
He dropped down to 1000 life points.
“I set a card face down and end my turn,” I said.

“My turn,” he said. “I activate the spell card Hell Wavelength. If my opponent controls monsters and I don't both players draw two cards. Then, I play the spell card Deth achine's revival. Now I can bring back a Chaos Droid from my graveyard until the end phase. Return, Chaos Droid Double Chainsaw!”
“How many times are you gonna bring that thing back?” I asked.
“This is th last time,” he said. “When my life points are 1000 or less, I can use a Chaos Droid monster I control as an overlay unit to xyz summon my ultimate monster! Come forth, Chaos Droid Fear Hunter!”
This one was a rank 10 xyz monster with 3000 attack and 2500 defense.
“By using its overlay unit, I can destroy a Fear card in play and have it gain that monster's attack power. Archangel is a Fear card, so I'll destroy it!”
The Archangel was destroyed, and his monster went up to 5900 attack.
“Now, attack his swordsman!” he ordered.
“I activate Negate Attack!” I said. His attack was successfully stopped.
“I set a card face down and end my turn,” he said. “During the end phase, Fear Hunter's attack power returns to normal.”

“I draw,” I said. “I activate Double Summon. This turn, I can normal summon twice. I'll start by tributing Neo to normal summon Trance The Magic Swordsman!”
Trance is a level 6 earth spellcaster with 2600 attack and 200 defense.
“Next, I summon my own Gagaga Magician,” I said. “And using his effect, I change his level to 6.”
“An xyz summon?” he asked.
“No,” I said. “Even better. By tributing 2 level 6 or higher spellcaster type monsters, I can special summon my ultimate monster, Sorceror Of Dark Magic!”
Sorceror Of Dark Magic is a level 9 dark spellcaster with 3200 attack and 2800 defense. Just enough.
“I attack your Fear Hunter with Sorceror Of Dark Magic!” I said.
“I activate the trap card Mirror Force!” he said. “Now, your monster is destroyed.”
“Sorceror Of Dark Magic can negate the effects of trap cards an destroy them,” I said. “So his attack continues.”
His monster was destroyed, and he was brought down to 800 life points.
“I end my turn,” I said.

“I draw,” he said. “I activate the spell card Death Machine's Revenge. By banishing the Chaos Droid Double Chainsaw from my graveyard, I can destroy a monster you control and deal you damage equal to its level times 100.”
My Sorceror was destroyed and I was destroyed and I lost 900 life points, bringing me down to 350.
“I end my turn,” he said.

If I could draw a low level monster with 800 or more attack, I would win.

“I draw!” I said. “I summon Shining Friendship in attack mode!”
Shining Friendship is a level 4 light fairy type monster with 1300 attack points. I know it's a weak monster, but it's important to me. I was about to attack, but I stoppped when I saw one of the Towerborn I had beaten twitching a few feet from me.
“If I attack, you'll become on of them, right?” I asked.
“Yes,” he said.
“I can't do it,” I said. “I can't let that happen to someone.”
“What are you talking about!?” he demanded. “You have the power to end this game right now! Why do you refuse to!?”
“I end my turn,” I said.

He reached for his duel disk, but instead of drawing, he clicked a button and his life points dropped to 0.
“What are you doing!?” I asked.
“I forfeit the duel,” he said.

He suddenly began writhing in pain, and cords began tearing out of his body from the inside. The cords extended, and began tearing apart the speakers, security cams, and any technology in reach, and pulled the internal pieces into his body, where they became embedded in his flesh. A hand fell down on my shoulder. I turned to see the Blood Vessel version of me standing there.

“We have to go,” he said.
“But-” I started to say.
“It's too late for him,” he said. “We have to get out of here. NOW!”

We ran. He parted ways with me after a while. I met up with David later on, and we went back to his place. We've decided that we need to find out more about Vocallas, and what she's up to. I don't like her. Not one bit. She has to be stopped.

Malkator loved Vocaloids. He would feel so betrayed right now.

Almost time

The concert starts in less than half an hour. I'm in Tokyo right now. Lucky for me, one of the souls I stole from the Archangel is an Asian woman named Reika. She's been helping me translate, and we've found the place where the concert is taking place.

Also, I had an encounter with Jack earlier. He gave me a small box and told me to open it after the concert, once shit starts going down. I'm not sure what he means by that, but I don't fucking trust that bastard...

Vocaloids

I found the other me. The Blood Vessel. I went up to LA and started asking people if they saw a guy a guy who looked like me, but that didn't get me anywhere. Then I realized "Duh, he's a Blood Vessel!" So I started asking if people had seen someone who looked like me but with red hair. Still nothing. I decided to take a break and go to a bar, and sure enough, there he was. I walked into a club and saw him singing karaoke. He was doing For Your Entertainment by Adam Lambert, and he was fucking good! How come the me from that other universe has such a great singing voice and I don't! It's not fair!

Ehem. I'm sorry for that.

Once he was done singing, he spotted me in the crows and came over.

"Relax," he said. "We look different enough that people won't suspect anything."
"You said we need to talk," I said. "So what's this about?"
"I just want us to get to know each other a bit, handsome," he said, smirking.
"Do me a favor and never call me that again," I said.
"Okay, fine," he said. "So what's your Red Cap like?"
"What do you mean?" I asked. "You're a Vessel, aren't you?"
"I'm from a different universe," he said. "Different universe, different Red Cap."
"Wait, the Red Cap flows through its Vessel's blood streams, doesn't it?" I asked.
"Why, yes it does," he answered.
"So, does that mean you brought some of your Red Cap into this universe?" I asked.
"Yep," he said.

Shit. Now it makes sense. When I was having those dreams about ParaDan's timeline, he and that Marshall guy said something. The reason future Kallaway didn't come back in time was because he didn't want his fragments of the Brute and the Vision coming here, and they compared it to something that happened with the Red Cap. This was it. Another Red Cap infecting my universe.

"I know what you're thinking," he said. "You can calm down. I have no intention of letting your universe go to hell. Yet."
"What do you mean, yet?" I asked.
"That's not important right now," he said. "What's important is what the two of us can do for each other right now. Why don't we talk about it outside?"

We left the club and started walking.

"So what's this really about?" I demanded.
"We can help each other out," he said. "We don't need to be enemies, you know."
"You are a servant of a Fear," I said. "Why should I trust you?"
"Because I'm you," he said. "Look, I got you a little something."

He handed me a concert ticket with a picture of Hatsune Miku on it. It was written in Japanese.

"Are you asking me out?" I asked.
"If I had another ticket, I'd totally be asking you out," he said. "Unfortunately, those things are difficult to obtain, so that's the only one I have."
"Well, I don't understand Japanese," I said. "Mind telling me what the hell this is?"
"It's an underground Vocaloid concert in Tokyo," he said. "The guy behind the holograms occasionally holds secret concerts, which are really hard to get into, and have top notch security to prevent people from sneaking in or bringing cameras of any kind."
"So how'd you get a ticket?" I asked.
"I fucked a bunch of people," he said casually.
"I wish I hadn't asked," I said.
"Wanna join the list?" he asked.
"Stop flirting with me!" I snapped.
He started laughing. "Look, this thing is at Friday night, in a spot called Fujo Guraundo, 10 pm Japanese time. You may have to ask some of the locals if you wanna find the place."
"And why should I go?" I asked.
"You may learn something interesting about the Vocaloids," he said. "The secret truth that they don't want us to know."
"And what do you want from me?" I asked.
"Not much," he said. "Just a small favor."
"What?" I asked.
"If you see any of this world's Blood Vessel's, give them this," he said, handing me an envelope. "Don't open it. It's for them."
"Fine," I said. "And just for the record, I still don't trust you."
"Understandable," he said. "Now, shall we get a room?"
"No!" I snapped.
"Oh, come on," he said. "It'll be kinky."
"I don't like kinky," I replied.
"You're dating a snake girl," he pointed out.
"Shut up!" I snapped.
"Hehe, fine," he chuckled. "Peace out, for now. I'll see you after the concert."

Then he left. I guess I'd better figure out how I'm gonna ask directions once I get to Japan. Maybe one of the souls I stole from the Archangel speaks Japanese...

The Flower Fields

Hate that place. I hate more than most of the other domains. Such a terrible place, masked by the false beauty of the flowers.

But there is something I need. Something Marshall told me of.

And I had reason to believe that a piece of it was hidden there.

I traversed to the Flower Fields using the Godsway. It was a vast meadow, stretching as far as my eyes could see. Every flower imaginable was there. Roses, tulips, blue bonnets, daffodils,  and a bunch of others.  Even species of flowers that don't exist on Earth. Some kinds which can only be found on the deeper layers of reality.

But I knew what was beneath it all. Even the overwhelming scent of the flowers couldn't hide the smell. Mixed in with the soil were the decaying remains of dead bodied. The countless victims of the Smiling Man.

I took a deep breath and started walking. It was hours before I found it.

It appeared to be a very large, flower covered hill. I used the Vision's sight, and the illusionary face of the hill vanished, revealing the mouth of a giant cave. As soon as I entered, I dropped to my knees, gagging. There were no flowers there. Nothing to mask the terrible smell of decay.

I took a deep breath and kept going. I had to find what I came for. I descended into the cave. I must of gone a mile underground, and the smell got worse the deeper I went.

Eventually, I found it. The alter containing the item I sought. And He stood in my way.

The Smiling Man stood there between me and the alter, just grinning like he always fucking does. I drew my rapier as he summoned his cloud of razor sharp petals.

I charged. I was pelted with those damn petals, slicing my skin. I used the Bride's power to burn through most of them. I stabbed my sword straight through his fucking chest. But it didn't phase him. He lifted his arms, and the torn sleeves of his straight jacket grew out and bound me.  They tightened, causing me to release my sword. I slipped into the Godsway and reappeared a few feet away. I slipped my jacket off my shoulders and ran at him. I dodged his sleeves and lassoed his face with my jacket. I tightened my grip, dug my feet into the decaying soil, and flung him as far as I could. He hit the ground a couple yards from me. I ran to him and yanked my sword out of his chest, and tried to drive it into his face, but he vanished.

I could still feel him somewhere. He hadn't left completely. He was just hiding. I closed my human eyes.

And I opened my other ones. On the walls, ceiling, and ground they opened, giving me a perspective of my surroundings. I saw him emerge behind me. I quickly closed my other eyes, spun around, and stabbed him through the gut. I then set his ass on fire and watched him burn to a crisp.

He's not dead. He'll be back, and next time, he'll be serious. But that's not important.

What's important is that I got what I came for. And that's enough for now. I can afford to wait a while before going for the rest of them.

Besides, I still have things to do on the Page.

Til next time....

Seriously?

I  went to the park today, and he wasn't there. Nobody was. What the hell!?

Oh, Now It Makes Sense

Kind of...

This blog certainly explains a lot about this universe and how I wound up here.

In case you haven't figured it out yet, Danny Boy, I'm you. I believe "ParaDan" described me as "A Blood Vessel who makes our Vessel modes look like complete pussies." I don't know if I'm that powerful, but since he's apparently from the future I'll take his word for it.

Anyway, I think we should meet up some time. Hang out. Chat a bit. Have some drinks. Rent a motel room. Make sweet, sweet love.

I kid, I kid.

But seriously, we need to talk.

I assume you'll be on sometime before tonight, so I'll stick by the computer till you show up.

So what's all this?

This looks interesting. I'll have to take some time to read this blog. It might be a good idea to...

...Get to know myself.

CRAPFUCK!!!

Well, I think I may have just jeopardized the entire universe.

Allow me to explain. I was sitting on my bed fiddling with Tony's necklace, and I had a sudden stroke of realization. I pulled the key out of my pocket. You know how old style keys have those circles at the base of them? Well, the bead on the necklace fits perfectly inside of that circle. As soon as I fit them together, the bead started glowing brightly.

I warped back tot he alter with the keyhole and shoved the key in. As soon as I turned it, the universe began to quake. Did that make sense? You know what, I don't care. After things stopped shaking, I saw him. Or me. No, not future me, a different me.

He stood behind the alter, wearing this slightly torn plaid jacket and holding a samurai sword. As soon as he saw me, he drew the sword and sliced the alter in two. He then charged at me. I used the Godsway to warp to my hideout. Yeah, I sort of have one of those. It's where I keep my weapons. He appeared there shortly after me. I grabbed my Sonic Sword and charged at him. He parried with his sword. I ended up taking the full blast of the sound waves, while he didn't even flinch.

"Interesting," he said. "A weapon that amplifies sound waves. Unfortunately for you, it's useless against people with Sonokinesis."
"You can control sound?" I asked.
"I can control a lot of things," he said. As he said that, his sword was charged with lightning.
"You're a Devil Killer," I said.
"Yes," he replied. "So tell me, how is everyone in this universe? Your family, friends? Are they all alive?"
"Yeah," I said. "Why?"
"Seraph?" he asked. "Is she okay?"
"Um, yes," I said.
"Good," he said. "That's all I need to know before I kill you."
"Why are you doing this?" I asked.
"I'm going to kill you, and take your place," he said.
"Like hell!" I replied.

I grabbed my wakizashi and gun and started fighting him. It ended up being interrupted by ParaDan, who appeared out of no where, grabbed the other me, and vanished. He reappeared and warped me back to my house.

"What the hell is going on!?" I demanded.
"That alter is a device that triggers dimensional bleeding," he said. "When you activated it, it caused three versions of yourself from parallel universes to be teleported to your universe."
"Three of me?" I asked. "You mean that guy wasn't the only one?"
"Yes," he said. "Those dreams you had on the Path Of Chaos were visions into other worlds. You were seeing through the eyes of your alternate selves. And now all three of them are in this universe."
"You've gotta be fucking kidding me," I said. "You knew this would happen, didn't you?"
"Yes," he said.
"So why didn't you stop me?" I asked.
"I have my own reasons for letting this happen," he said.
"So what am I in for?" I asked.
"Well, you've already met the Devil Killer," he said. "He's stronger than either of us. And he's lost everything. In his universe, Malkator succeeded in becoming a Fear, but he lost his mind in the process and killed all of the Devil Killer's family and friends. He has the most motivation of either of our alternate selves. He's suddenly in a world where everyone he cares about is still alive, and he won't rest until he can replace you."
"Like the crazy chick from Mirai Nikki?" I asked.
"Man, I haven't seen that show in ages,"" he replied. "But yes. Like her."
"You said he's more powerful than either of us, right?" I asked.
"Yes," he replied. "devil Killers are different in his universe. He is a lot stronger than we are, and he doesn't suffer from the mutations I went through."
"So, does he know where I live?" I asked. Figured that would be something I should know.
"No," he said. "You live in your parent's house in that universe."
"Okay, so what else am I dealing with?" I asked. "There's two more of me, right?"
"Yes," he replied. "There's a God-like Enhanced in possession of the Omnibolg, the deadliest weapon known to man, and then there's a Blood Vessel who makes our Vessel modes look like complete pussies."
"And I'm supposed to take on all of them?" I asked.
"I pulled it off in my timeline," he said. "You'll be fine. I have to go now. I trust you can handle yourself."
"Hold on," I said. "There's one more thing I need to know before you leave."
"Yes?" he asked.
"It's about the fight I had with Tony the other day," I said. "Did that happen to you too?"
"Don't worry about that," he said. "Just give Tony some time."
And then he vanished.

So yeah, now there's five of me in this universe. And most of them are evil. Damn it.

Tony...

So, the party was at Melissa's place. It was pretty big. Seraph was there. It was my first time seeing her since the funeral. She was beautiful. I immediately hugged her tightly.

“Nice to see you too,” she said.
“I had a nightmare where Malkator killed you,” I said. “I'm glad your okay.”
“Um, me too,” she said.

The next couple hours went okay. That is, until Tony showed up, late to the party, and demanded that I speak to him outside.

“What's up man?” I asked him.
“What the fuck is going on with you?” he said.
“What do you mean?” I asked.
“You went out on some crazy mission to stop some mad man from repeating the plagues,” he said. “Then you went out and faced that Game Master guy. And you killed someone!”
“Hey, that Biker creep deserved it,” I said.
“So why didn't you tell me about any of that stuff?” he demanded.
“I didn't wanna put you in harm's way,” I told him.
“I can handle myself!” he said. “You certainly didn't have a problem getting Malkator and The Crow involved.”
“They were already involved!” I said.
“Look, the point is that you're not trusting me,” he said. “You haven't been telling me any of this stuff since the incident with Paris. And you went down the Path Of Chaos?”
“Well, yeah,” I said. “So what?”
“So what?” he said. “So why didn't you call me!? Or at least email! You should have at least tried to contact me! Why did I have to find all this out through that fucking blog of yours!?”
“I'm sorry,” I said. “I didn't wanna freak anyone out.”
“You've changed, man,” he said. “You know what forget it. I'm out.”
“And what does that mean?” I asked.
“It means we're through,” he said. “If you're gonna keep leaving me out of things, then you can do everything on your own from now on.”

He then ripped off his necklace and threw it at me. Oh yeah, have I talked about the necklace before? He got it from the Path Of Chaos. It's basically this big pink bead on a pink thread. As he walked away, he looked over his shoulder and yelled something at me that I'm not gonna post here. I don't know why, I just get the feeling I should keep it to myself.

I went home after that. After what happened, I wasn't really in the mood for partying.

Tony had a point. I should have been more open with him about what's been going on with me.
